Refund Policy

The short version

Both Monet apps start with a free trial, so you can decide whether Monet earns its keep before paying anything. If a charge goes through and something is wrong, we want it fixed: refunds on iPad are handled by Apple, and refunds on desktop are handled by us through Paddle.

Monet for iPad

iPad subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account, and Apple processes all refunds for App Store purchases under its own terms. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID you used to subscribe. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly, but if you write to us we will gladly help you file the request.

Monet for Desktop

  • Every desktop subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
  • If you are charged and Monet is not working out, email support@iammonet.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
  • Forgot to cancel a renewal? Tell us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it.
  • Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. They typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
