Common questions

A site won't capture correctly.

Heavy JavaScript sites sometimes need extra settle time. Open the project's capture settings and increase the wait, or add the specific paths the crawler missed. Sites behind a login need a saved sign-in session first.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On iPad, subscriptions are handled by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Monet. Cancelling keeps the app active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Desktop subscriptions (when the desktop app launches) are billed through Paddle: manage or cancel from the link in your receipt email, or write to us and we'll sort it out.

Where is my data? Can you restore it?

Everything lives on your device; we hold no copy and cannot restore lost captures. Include Monet's data in your normal device backup.

My agent says fixed but Verify says unchanged.

That is Monet doing its job. Re-run the agent with the unchanged annotations, or open the region diff to see what actually rendered. Deploy delays are the usual culprit: re-verify after the deployment finishes.

Feature requests

Send them to the same address with "Idea:" in the subject. The desktop app for macOS and Windows is already in development; everything else gets weighed honestly.
